CHOPPING! Poor workmanship habits
I’m pretty disappointed with my Culinary Essentials students. Most of the class turned in their summative late and didn’t complete their study guides. I had only one group send me a recipe after yesterday’s demonstration cutting a whole chicken!I hope what you've read is useful!
