Cooking Methods Lab: Eggs

To demonstrate dry and moist heat cooking, students created poached and scrambled eggs. Students had a lot of fun with the scrambled eggs, bringing in various mix-ins from their fall gardens.  Neil was especially generous with his fresh green peppers….
