  1. Go to Super Tracker.
  2. Create a username and password.
  3. Enter your nutrition and activity data for three days.
  4. Print your analysis.
  5. Type your reflection into this document.
  6. Turn in a packet with your handwritten diary, your Super Tracker print out, and your reflection.


  • Record your username and password.
  • Save your work regularly.
